sesgarage.ch is our Dealer Management System (DMS) for managing a garage or body shop.
What does SynoPlan do?
SynoPlan extends the DMS with workshop planning, online bookings, replacement vehicles, time tracking and digital work orders.
Can I try SynoPlan for free?
You can create a free SynoPlan account without a credit card. The scope and terms of additional features are separate.
Can I migrate my existing data?
Customer, vehicle and other existing records can often be transferred if your previous software provides a suitable export.
Is sesgarage.ch cloud-based?
Yes. Access the application online on supported devices without a local server installation.
How is pricing calculated?
You can extend the base solution with optional modules. Your monthly total depends on selected features and users.
Can I book a personal demo?
Yes. Request a product walkthrough or choose an available demo time.
Does SynoPlan work on mobile?
Yes. Key SynoPlan functions are designed for smartphone and tablet use.
Are my data located in Switzerland?
Yes. The data and the web application are hosted in a Swiss data centre certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, with a guaranteed data location in Switzerland.
Are there any additional costs besides the software rental?
No, there are no additional costs. You do not need to purchase the software, and there are no installation fees or other hidden charges. You pay only the monthly rental fee for the service you choose.
Can I continue working if my Internet connection fails?
Yes. You can connect using your smartphone’s hotspot. Note: if your Internet connection fails, landline calls may also stop working. Since ISDN was phased out at the end of 2017, telephone calls have been carried over the Internet (IP telephony).
Is there a minimum contract term?
No, there is no minimum term. You can cancel the software with 30 days’ notice effective at the end of a month.
